Comes a time
when the stuff you struggle with
starts to fit together
in one seamless long ribbon.

And while, if you want, you can still
parse it all up
into the deal with the bills,
or the thing about love,
or that one guy who makes you scream,
and so on,

it becomes increasingly impossible
to see any of it
as separate and different
from everything else.

Comes a time, then,
when the big it,
formally known as
your problems

just gets to damn tiresome
to tote around,

what with the day you've woken to,
the work that's required to nurture it,
and the life unfolding
in this precious moment.

I have a strong back & arms if you need help carrying anything my friend? I love this, and the thought of the ribbon being seamless? Perfect!! *hugs* Julia~

Yes...that time when all your little problems become one huge, festering wound in your soul...that's when you know you've gotta do something or go insane. Excellent piece as always...left me thinking. ~*Beth*~
